Had a blast exploring the local grub! Loved popping into the nearby Khallouk & Taylor for some delicious snacks and a cheeky pint at The Cask Pub & Kitchen. The breakfast spread hit the spot too!
Could've done with some conditioner in the bathroom. the hotel info promised it but didn’t deliver. Minor hiccup, though!

the location is super convenient! only a few mins walk to both pimlico and victoria stations. staff were really nice and helpful, always smiling. breakfast was decent too, with enough options to fill u up for the day. the area was nice and quiet, perfect for resting after a long day of sightseeing.
the carpets had stains and the room could use some new decor. too bad the room was a bit cramped, not much space to move around.

Perfect for family with a good location
The staff was incredibly helpful, especially a lady who spoke Spanish and really helped us navigate breakfast when the coffee maker threw a fit. The room was clean and our family fit nicely, no one was stepping over each other which is a miracle with kids!
It wasn't exactly cheap, but I guess you pay for what you get and it was acceptable.

great family stay with some minor adjustments needed
Our stay included a surprisingly spacious room with three beds, which was more than we anticipated. The complimentary breakfast was both varied and satisfying, helping us start our day on a positive note.
The check-out time felt slightly too early at 11 am.

The location was excellent and room size was quite comfortable. I really enjoyed the penguin-themed decor in the lobby! The area was peaceful and close to great restaurants.

Good location near Pimlico Tube Station makes it easy to explore the city. The room had functional furnishings, comfortable and bright despite its small size.
The basement room on the first night lacked air conditioning, and the noise from laundry bags and phone conversations outside made sleep difficult. The cramped space felt stuffy, with holes in the ceiling panels and insufficient lighting throughout. Shower pressure left something to be desired, and the lack of a restaurant on-site meant dining options were limited. Room key cards malfunctioned more than once during my stay, adding unnecessary hassle when accessing the room. while the hotel served its purpose, the experience left room for improvement.

Super friendly staff!
This place was really nice! The staff were super kind and went out of their way to help me. I arrived late and they offered me tea and pastries even though breakfast wasn't until later. The room was comfy and clean, but the shower could use a bit of an update. Loved the snack bar too!

Great for a budget stay!
We had a decent stay here for 1 night! Rooms are a bit snug, but super clean. Service was top-notch, especially from Josh at the front desk, he was a star! Breakfast area is tight but Rimaa keeps things fresh and ready to go. Location was cool, just a short walk to Pimlico station. The only thing is it's kinda far from Victoria, which can be misleading.
